I had never filmed at Ballintubert House before, and I really hope the opportunity arrives when I get to again. It is awesome. Justine and Mike chose this venue and for it’s relation to Electric Picnic in Stradbally, and you may notice some familiar bell tents later on! The styling of this wedding is second to none and Justine and Mike and Justine’s parents pulled the whole thing together.
The wedding took place on the grounds and the ceremony was in a beautifully decorate out building. The guys were both getting ready at the venue but apart and Mike had to wait until Justine walked down the aisle to see her. There was a lot of excitement in the air that morning!
After the ceremony, the photographer and I stole the newly weds for a couple of minutes so we could do out couples shoot on the grounds. Where we were a little spoiled for choice of where to shoot. Filming with Justine and Mike, was just great. They were both having so much fun during the shoot that we hardly had to ask them to do anything. Which is perfect for me, as I love to keep my videography natural.
Really delighted that I had the opportunity to film this wedding, it was the first of the year and a great way to kick of 2018! Wait till you see the reception room…
