Welcome to Luminaire Wedding’s privacy policy. We are required to clearly state what we do with your personal information. To summarise, we collect the information necessary to reply to enquires, film your wedding, and deliver your films. We have no mailing lists and we do not share any personal information with any third parties. Please read below to for our GDPR compliant privacy policy.
Personal Data Collected
We collect your name, email address, phone number and your residential address (for posting your films to you).
This data is collected in our enquiry form is stored in a secure password protected email account. Your contact details are not stored on our website. Our booking forms are stored on local storage which is encrypted.
Right of confirmation, access, rectification and erasure
If you have any questions about how your personal data is stored and managed, please get in touch. We’re happy to answer any questions and eager solve any issues. You also have the right to request any submitted data, amend any submitted data or request for that data to be deleted.
Use of your personal data
We use your email address to contact you about your wedding and your address for sending you the finished product. We don’t have any newsletters or subscription emails that you would be subject to receiving. We use a questionnaire that asks you for details about your wedding day which is stored locally on encrypted storage.
Use of your wedding films
To be GDPR compliant we need to demonstrate reasonable and legitimate use. We do not sell any video footage captured on your wedding day. We do showcase our work on our website and social media accounts. If you booked Luminaire Weddings you have most likely seen some of the work we’ve produced. You do have the option to keep your wedding film private and we respect that choice. We have filmed lots of weddings that haven’t been blogged. Please keep in mind this is incredibly important to be able to attract new clients. However we will ask for your permission to publish.
